We would like to thank all our customers for their support over the last 5 years, but unfortunately due to a change in business trend and planned growth for the company we have stopped all domestic computer repair and sales work.
As a result of this decision, we can offer further services to our Commercial & Website Clients.

Any new systems purchased through us or machines which have had parts fitted with warranties will still have the warranty period honoured through ourselves.

In the meantime, if you feel a warranty claim is required please email domestic@pcmIT.net with your Name, Address, Invoice Number and full details of the fault you're experiencing.
Please note that the warranty only covers Hardware Faults.
Software issues such as Virus Infections & Windows Update Issues are not covered under warranty.
